Long-wearing lipstick can be great, but it can also be incredibly drying. If you’d like to remove it but the right product is out of reach, lip balm is a great alternative.

The Process:
Apply the balm over your lips, making sure you get every corner. I like to use my EOS Visibly Soft Lip Balm. Make sure you have a tissue on hand to wipe the product off. I recommend using tissues or paper towels that don’t produce a lot of lint as it will help the product come off cleanly. Wait approximately 10 seconds and remove it.

The oils from the lip balm will replace regular oil which easily removes long-wearing lipstick. Be sure to remember that any make up products around your lips will be wiped away too, so if you need to, reapply some foundation if there is discoloration.
