It’s hard to eat healthy when you’ve got a crazy sweet tooth like I do. I’m always looking for alternatives and replacements to still be able to eat my favorite sweets without too many calories. I’m excited to share this healthy brownie recipe. It doesn’t have any oil or fat and instead is surprisingly high in protein (from cottage cheese).

Clay Ramekin

A million years ago, I bought a home fondue set that came with a clay ramekin. I wish I could remember where I bought it or even what it’s called, but I think this one comes pretty close to what I have. It’s a little pricey on Amazon, but I always see it at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s for much cheaper.

None of the ingredients should be hard to find. Odds are, if you’re used to eating mostly healthy meals, you’ll already have these items in your pantry.
